How can I become a member of LOYALTY PROGRAM?
Members of our LOYALTY PROGRAM can be individual or legal entities. In order to start earning points, it is necessary to register on our website.
How can I earn points?
By making a purchase on our website
Points that you have collected will be shown in your profile 14 days after collecting the package. The number of points you can collect by making a purchase is shown in your cart and is calculated like this:
Total value of the order divided by 1000 (round number will be shown).
Example 1: If the value of your order is 3152,00 RSD 3152 / 1000 = 3,152 (that is worth 3 points)
Example 2: If the value of your order is 3683,00 RSD 3683 / 1000 = 3,683 (that is worth 4 points)
By commenting on purchased products
14 days after collecting the package, you will receive an e-mail (invitation for commenting products).
Each published comment on purchsed product brings you 1 point (you can read commenting rules here).
Products which you can comment on will be also shown in your profile.
You can leave only one comment on each purchased product.
You can comment products in the following 365 days (since the day you bought them).
By posting photos in Real Life Feed galery
In your profile, you have a possibility to create a post (add a photo and a description about products from our assortment you have used). You can search the product by entering its code or name.
Posts that are waiting for aproval are in Draft folder. After administrator aproves your post, you will be notified by e-mail.
For each published post you earn 1 point. You can see published posts in your profile or on Real Life Feed page.
How can I see how much points I have earned and my current status (level)?
After you log in, in your profile, you can see your activity history, how much points you have collected, how many points you need for gaining a discount and what benefits you currently have regarding your status (level).
Discount gained based on our Loyalty program doesn't apply to eGift cards and doesn't add up to discount on products which are already on sale.
How does using promo codes or eGift credit affect points in my cart?
When using promo codes, discounts or eGift credit, number of the points in the cart is calculated based on the total value of the order after using promo code, discount or eGift credit.
Why do I have to wait 14 days in order to see points in my profile?
In accordance with the law, the customer has the right to cancel the purchase within the 14 days (after collecting the package). Becasuse of that, points are shown the user's profile after a period of 14 days has passed.
Where is LOYALTY PROGRAM valid?
LOYALTY PROGRAM is valid only on our website and any discount that is gained based on our LOYALTY PROGRAM is valid only when purchasing on our website.
