Purchasing an E-Gift Card:
1. Select your desired e-gift card design;
2. Select the e-gift card amount;
3. Select the delivery method:
- Option Send to someone else’s email - the e-gift card will be delivered to the recipient’s email address.
- Option Send to yourself - the e-gift card will be delivered to the email address you are logged in with.
4. If you selected Send to someone else’s email, please fill in the required information in the form:
- Recipient’s full name;
- Recipient’s email address;
- Date you want the e-gift card to be sent;
- Message to the recipient;
- Sender’s full name.
5. If you selected Send to yourself, fill in the required information in the form:
- Recipient’s full name;
- Date you want the e-gift card to be sent;
- Message to the recipient;
- Sender’s full name.
6. Click the Add to Cart button.
Note: If you are not logged in and have selected Send to yourself, the same form as for Send to someone else’s email will appear, meaning you will need to enter the recipient’s email address.
Using Your E-Gift Card:
1. To use your e-gift card, you must first register or log in to our website;
2. Open the email containing your e-gift card;
3. Copy the e-gift card CODE;
4. Option 1:
- Click the Add e-gift credit button in the email;
- A page will open where you need to enter the e-gift card CODE you copied;
5. Option 2:
- On our E-Gift Cards page, in the Top up Your E-Gift Credit section, enter your e-gift card CODE;
- Click Top up;
6. After topping up your credit, you can use it for online purchases on our site.
