Set of 12 neon pigment powders, fine granulation with a glow effect under neon light.

All powders are highly pigmented. Depending on the color of the base (color gel or gel polish), different effects can be obtained.

Large selection of colors, gives nails a completely unique look.

The applicators are easy to apply and very practical even for beginners.

Pigments can be applied on a sticky layer of gel or gel polish. They can also be mixed with gel or gel polish, in order to achieve a unique design.

The set contains:

12 neon pigments of different colors;
12 double-sided applicators.

On a slightly sticky layer of gel or gel polish, apply a small amount of pigment with an applicator and rub;
On the finished design, apply a top coat (No Cleanse, Matte Total No Wipe);
Dry in LED / UV lamp.
