Wick Test: The Wick Test is very important, as it evaluates the time needed for the product to take effect, in addition to checking the degree of resistance of the strands, indicating whether the hair is in good condition for transformation
- Fine Hair (5 to 20 minutes);
- Medium Hair (15 to 25 minutes);
- Thick hair (20 to 35 minutes).
Never exceed 35 minutes!
1. Divide the hair already untangled into 4 quadrants with non-metallic fasteners.
2. Protect your shoulders with a towel and put on your gloves.
3. Start with the quadrant 1. Separate a lock.
4. Start counting the time and apply HairLife Smooth & Natural Straightening Cream, respecting 0.5 cm from the root, up to half of the strands, in thin strands, with a fine tooth comb.
IMPORTANT: Leave the locks loose, as the clips mark and break the threads.
5. After applying the HairLife Smooth & Natural Straightening Cream to all locks in quadrant 1, move on to the following quadrants, repeating the same procedure.
6. Return to quadrant 1 and, with the aid of the comb, bring the HairLife Smooth & Natural Straightening Cream from the root (always respecting 0.5 cm from the root) to the ends of the lock. For long or bulky hair, we recommend using two or more packages. Before proceeding to the next section, use your fingers to pull the HairLife Smooth & Natural Straightening Cream applied from root to tip, to make sure it is well distributed.
7. Repeat the procedure for the following quadrants.
8. Leave the HairLife Smooth & Natural Smoothing Cream to act according to the time observed in the Wick Test.
9. Remove all HairLife Smooth & Natural Straightening Cream with plenty of water, starting with the part where you started to apply.
10. Distribute the entire content of the HairLife Smooth & Natural Neutralizer from the root (respecting 0.5 cm from the root) to the ends, evenly, throughout the hair. With a fine comb, comb, leaving the strands very straight, respecting the direction of the growth of the strands, and keep them like this for 15 minutes.
Note: If scalp warms, wash with plenty of water and repeat step 10.
11. Remove the HairLife Smooth & Natural Neutralizer with abundant running water. Then wash your hair with a Novex Shampoo of your choice.
12. After washing your hair, we recommend using a Novex Mask. Leave on for 3 minutes. Rinse and finish as usual.
Retouch: The time interval between application and retouch depends on hair growth - on average, 60 days after application. Follow the previous application ritual by applying HairLife Smooth & Natural only to the root (part of the hair grown in this period, respecting 0.5 cm from the root) without spreading to the length and ends.
Precautions:
Perform wick testing even if you are already a user of the product. Contains salts of thioglycolic acid, ammonia and hydrogen peroxide. Follow the instructions for use. Keep out of the reach of children. For use in pregnant or lactating women, consult a doctor.
Apply the product half a centimeter from the root. Do not apply if the scalp is irritated or injured.
This preparation should only be used for the purpose for which it is intended, and it is DANGEROUS for any other use. Avoid contact with eyes. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and SEEK A PHYSICIAN. Wear suitable gloves. Do not use on children.
If the precautions and step by step of the explanatory guide are not respected, capillary wires may break and burns.
